A kitchen meant to be used, not looked at.

The K2 WorkShop kitchen set up for guests: knives on a chopping board, a pan on the induction hob and canapés on the counter.

K2 WorkShop is the youngest member of the THE K family of brands. It grew out of the same idea as the rest of our places: with good ingredients and a little know-how, anyone can put food on the table that people remember.

The workshops take place in K2’s own kitchen. There is no audience: everyone gets a work station, a knife and an apron. Sessions run four to six hours, and the point is not to get through a recipe but to understand why it works.

The K
