Impress your guests without the last-minute panic.

About the workshop

A well-built cold platter and a properly dressed salad are the foundation of every successful dinner party.

You know the feeling: the guests are arriving and you are still rushing in the kitchen. A generous platter and a fresh salad let you win the room before the main course even appears.

Step behind the scenes and pick up the techniques that turn a simple charcuterie board into a composed, restaurant-grade centrepiece. This is a hands-on session about prepping the way professionals do, so that you get to enjoy your own dinner party.

What you will learn

  1. 01

The anatomy of a striking platter

Pairing flavours and colours, shaping meats, cheeses and vegetables, and the logic behind a balanced arrangement.

  2. 02

    Salads with texture

How to build a salad that stays crisp and interesting all the way to the table.

  3. 03

    The dressing that carries everything

We skip the supermarket bottles and mix the classic and less obvious house dressings that bring even the plainest vegetable to life.
